Upgrade Your Strength in Small Group Training Class

At Bucks County Wellness Center, our personal trainer, Delaney, will guide you in a small group training class designated to enhance your strength.

Each class uses a circuit-style format with multiple stations targeting different muscle groups, giving you a full-body workout thatโ€™s both efficient and challenging. Youโ€™ll move through guided exercises with expert coaching, proper form cues, and built-in progressions to help you get stronger over time.

This program is best suited for intermediate to advanced lifters, but modifications are always available so you can train safely at your own level.
